I read in the news about a headset you can buy which when used can control the computer albeit very basically. It needs you to shave your head tho. :( Looking for it in the bbcnews archives.

from what i understand is you have very basic control and i mean basic, you can move the cursor and stuff but it isnt great. The main thing is that it proves that i could work! so they will carry on with extra funding im sure :)

As I understand it I don't think it's really mind control - I think it more catches electrical impulses from muscles in your face.
Reviews I saw says it does work but a bit dependent on the shape of your face, and obviously wiggling your eyebrows to shoot is gonna make you look like a right plonker.
