I can take Uponall

Pffft really? The guy beats the crap out of me in one-on-one matches. Pop him in a dark-walker or tank however and he goes down a lot more easily.

yes really, recently its been a bit map dependant as the fecker plays so much, it also depends on which of us is stoned more...woot

It has been impressive though, seeing how much he has improved, I used to be able to kick his ass but not anymore

I think we have to duel at some point, see if I've improved enough to take you on

I think I'll have to hunt down Uponall and take him on again too, it's been a while.. Bored to death of warfare, it's just mass spamming titan crap on all the populated servers.

Maybe we should do a 1v1 duel ongoing competition open only to community members, each picks a map with 10 rounds of bta on each

Sounds like a good idea.  This way the time the matches take place can be dynamic and only the two combatants need show up. Which would be a good thing considering how dead things have been lately.

Is there a way to limit BTA matches to 1v1 though?

We just throw a passy on and give it out for spec slots, wonder if you can make up a 1v1 profile for the server, I'm sure it can be done but i'm wondering if you can set the spec slots in the profile

Sounds good. We should nag every one into taking part. Would be good if we could sort people into skill groups and have a small "for fun" tournement of some kind.

Have we the numbers for a tourney though?  Also the skill levels are a little different, I mean theres guys I can beat in DM but in Warfare they are hard as nails etc...

What I was thinking about was an ongoing 1v1 thing, where we could keep score in the forums etc... an organised tourney would be good too though

If we could maybe drag people from Armageddon into it we could maybe have enough numbers? Then again as you said, it'd be hard to sort people out by skill level.

:D I wasn't thinking when I said tournament. I was (meant to be) doing data entry at work and it was melting my brain. Keeping score in the forums would be good.

Sounds good to me although I wouldn't want to be the guy that sorts out the players into skill levels  :D . I'm sure I could get some of the army to take part and a few other people like Cr4zy and Sp00ner.

yeah could be good craic, I have to say I do love 1v1s some of the time, anybody about tonight?

Maybe we could do a points system, although I do think we need to keep the fun element over competition element
