Tbh, it still doesn't seem like a full game to me. I wish RPS had asked: couldn't this have been an expansion rather than a full game?

I have read somewhere on the internets that L4D2 will be on an updated engine, before releasing episode 3, like they did with CSS / HL2. It makes some sense, I mean, why else would they release a whole new game instead of just updates?
