Just got my CD Key banned, they accused me of speed hacking and aimbot then kicked me after a while, its a shame really because before now I thought they were nice people, oh well

What the fuck? That's just stupid.. Some people, if you're doing better than them you must be using "hax" in their eyes.

I've been accused of "dodge botting" before (wtf? bots can't dodge for crap and neither can I). I remember UponAll being accused of AimBotting on one of the NE warfare nights by a n00bish group or "clan" too. Hmmm...

Is speed hacking even possible? Honestly I've played this game for a year now and I've only ever seed aim-botting.  :think:

I really don't know what I was doing that got them so riled up, I was cross examined about my upload speed and where I was from amongst other things, the guy just kept saying that I had an unfair advantage, the only advantage I had was skill imo as I scored quite high, I explained that I have been playing UT since 2004 but apparently these folks have been playing it since the beginning, I also think that was the basis behind their argument to kick me, meh who knows, just thought they were nice peeps, had it in my favs, the maps were way out there and nice for a change, I registered on their forums so I can ask about it but it involves an admin approving it, dunno if they will

My favourite of mine from ages ago... snuck my tank up behind someone camping the hill on torlan... road raged them, backed off to new spot, moved back round, road raged the same guy and then was promptly told i was hacking... asked how of course... "tanks are very noisy and slow.. you cant run people over with em!"

Well I tried to register on their forums but it requires an admin to accept which they haven't yet so I posted on the Epic forums, lets see if i get an answer

Turns out the guy has been banning lots of folk for being good, heres a quote from their forums
