day 6 into giving up smoking!!

i knew i was getting irritated by stuff which wouldn't normally bother me when it was day 2....now into day 6 and i could quite happily get the chainsaw out and chop someone's head off

Keep it up humbug!  I know a few people who have given up smoking and they've all got improved stamina because of it.

I've smoked for a long time (too long) its a mugs game, bad for your health and cost a 'mint'

Think of your kids and don't start smoking again m8. You have done well so far and it will get easier (so I'm told  )

best of luck m8, for me quitting weed was like one of those big changes in my life (i promise its not half as hard as quitting the fags is) and when i here that little nagging voice in my head i have to run through the reasons why i quit..just keep reminding yourself why you want to stop. If it was easy, then it wouldnt be a challenge or a massive achievement.
