you don't NEED to anymore, you can select "Steam Group Servers" as a server option then select the NE servers as the server you want to use.

Please can I has an invite to the steam group so I can use these beauties?  I got a couple of RL mates who play it and I even got one of them on mumble last night so we may make it a regular thing.

So how do you join a specific server again?  Just choose steam group server or something is it, and pick the ne one?  Sounds easy enough for even me to do....we'll see.

Cheers Zeus, all sorted....except we like to play versus mode the most, how does one go about setting the server up for such shenanigans?

So from a lobby if the top guy is in the Steam NE group it goes straight to one of the NE L4D2 servers ?

The lobby leaders selects "steam group server" from the list (as opposed to "valve" or "best available" or whatever), then when he clicks "start" it should come up with a list of all empty servers from all the steam groups he's in.
