It's not bad but it doesn't look very Christmas-y.
Whack some Snow in there,
If he edited the map the snow shouldn't be hard.Just add a func_precepitate (I think) and make it Snow.Don't forget to make blockers indoors else it'll be weird.

Give it the plr_pipeline skybox.
It's beginning to look a lot like dustbowl.
Maybe add some snowmen, or an christmas tree somewhere inside unreachable areas and some presents in those unreachable offices.
It looks a bit red doesn't it? Give the buildings a cooler pallete.
