Well, if you go by the book it is illegal to smoke pot here unless you have a Doctor's note.
But in my city, Toronto there are places that sell pipes and what not but they also have a cafe which rents vaporizers where you can smoke your weed like The Hot Box Cafe...

If you need that little extra appetite there is a great event here in Toronto from the 16th until the 18th of July.
They are holding it at the Metro Toronto Convention Center, the same place the World leaders met last month for the G20 summit.
Tickets are $25 for the day $50 for the three day or $350 for the VIP pass.
VIPs get in all three days, sample as much as they want(vaporisors provided) and a gourmet buffet at night. So you are basically getting wasted on the best pot and then stuffing you face with the best food.

In August the Greeks in Toronto throw a party, this year its August 6th to 8th.
Just food and drink you have to supply your own smoke.

It's called Taste of The Danforth because there is a part of a street here that they close off to cars called the Danforth and it's mostly Greek. Duh!
