Calling all fatties!

If you want to experience a ridiculous sandwich, allow me to reccomend to you what I have just consumed.

Pop down to your local 'Subway' and ask for the following:

'A footlong BMT on (whichever) bread (you want) with extra cheese, bacon and double meat please.' 

Then sit back and spend an hour devouring it.....AMAZING.  Although now I have to work the whole afternoon feeling like an 'ickle baby alien is about to go all 'John Hurt' on my ass.......... BURP!

Set me back over 8 quid mind, but the double meat was just a solid block of bits of pig......hmmmmmmm....piiiiiiiiiggggggggggg!

It's beef brisket in this case, same cut of beef that they make corned beef and pastrami from.

Hmmm, Pastrami rules and beef brisket is amazing if prepared properly.  To be fair, I want one of those sandwiches.  They look awesome.  Reindeer is supposed to be an awesome meat though, lean and very tasty.  One of the few meats I haven't tried myself.

It's beef but if you like the wild stuff we have a few butchers here in Toronto that specialize in game if you are curious, one of them being White House Meats.

I'm going to Montreal in a couple of weeks to pig out!  Holidays actually.
If there is a way to send some Montreal smoked meat to the UK I will.
It will probably be vacume packed and a large piece, get some friends together and have a party!
