New mouse!

the sidewinder is a horrible horrible mouse to use. feels cheap and flimsy and the buttons arn't intuative.

have to disagree, I love mine, and it's survived longer than any other mouse I own, so far

I also have the Roccatt, very decent mouse, its fucked now but i have had it for ages

NO its fucked because its the V1 which had the wheel fault 

How long is the warranty on the roccat?

Well the warranty from Komplett is 2 years, has it been 2 years?  Its not just the wheel Zeus, theres one button that just keeps pressing...on its own, like a ghost....scary, well more annoying really

I think im settled on the G500 for now, hopefully ordering monday and gonna get a nice mouse mat to go with it =)

Just got one in pc world, have to say I don't like it but thats partly because I got used to the Roccat Kone mouse.  I found the buttons on the G500 to be a bit inaccessible in game, with the Roccat everything was just right, the shape of the roccat is the most perfect mouse shape I have ever used with little hand movements to press buttons, its all so easy

So from somebody that has both I would say the Roccat Kone is the best by miles, so good I am going to get another even though I have just shelled out 75 euro in PC Rip off World for the G500

for me the g500 shape will be fine as its the same shell as my current mouse, and the thumb buttons apparently take a bit of a getting used to but after that they are fine

Switching back to the logitech should not have been an issue as I have always used Logitech but after the Roccat it just felt wrong, although last nights games were a little better as I made better binds, am more used to the buttons etc... 

The thumb buttons on the Roccat are positioned much better and it kinda has a thumb rest so its just short little flicks to use them.  The G500 I am getting more used to but I would say I will probably get a Roccat Kone again and have the G500 as standby, all in all the G500 seems like a decent mouse


Also I would say your small girly hands might be an issue with the Roccat Crunch

I don't like my G500, it seems too small for my hand, which is really strange because I used a MX518 for ages, time to order a new Roccat


as I said Cruch you should be fine with your girly hands & it is a decent mouse, just not for me
