Perfect World International (http://pwi.perfectworld.com/) is also pretty decent, although this edition is only with US servers.
Modders have released Perfect World Europe (http://www.pweurope.eu/), which is actually a private server run by members of the game, which I don't use.
I've played this for ages now and there's not really any downside, apart from perhaps the amount of effort you have to put in just to level. They do sometimes have double XP weekends, but these only occur on the rare occasion.
