  The first 10 levels are kind of a get used to the game mechanics kind of thing tbh so you can reach level 10 (where you get your 1st companion) within a couple of hours.  After that it's worth grouping cos you at least know how to play your class :D and then breeze through the content.  I have a few lower level chars that im getting used to playing (should be read as my son has been playing on my account and has created and deleted numerous character which im sure there's one i can use) so i can jump on one of those.

Will be on mumble so let me know you're name so you can be added to the guild.

FYI, the rumour that Smiles only remembered that his new PC doesn't have an optical drive fitted when it came to putting the SWTOR disc in is false.  That never happened. At all.  Honest.
