KSP challenge thread

Got an interesting challenge for someone to undertake, getting to the Mun using only one rocket or furthest flight in a glider with only one tiny fuel tank. Post it here for others to have a go.

I've got a challenge for you.

A manned command pod, (so no loose command chairs), to the Mun and back with the lightest launch weight. No modded fuel tanks or engines, structural parts though are fair game. No flying with mechjeb.

You'll need the Engineer Redux chip on your ship to know the weight, or I think MechJeb provides a similar readout, and for any challenge to be legit the originator needs to post proof it can/has been done, or in this case, a starting weight to beat.

My effort could be trimmed down some more, (lots of lights and stuff that aren't technically needed), but I think it's quite lean for a return mission and it took some nice flying, especially the landing, to pull off. So yeah, beat this please, thank you.
