Win 10 and GPU overcloking issue
« on: August 24, 2015, 13:05:25 PM »
Having a crashing problem with EVGA Precision and it doesnt like overclocking my GTX980ti at speeds that was fine in Win7. in win 10 crashes. but fine without driver wise once overclocking software removed.

Had a read around and MSI afterburner having simular issue

not sure how many card its having an issue with but just a heads up to the overclockers arround here.

Not a big issue for my gpu FPS waise but it all helps

Interesting. I took my factory overclocked version and added even more speed and no problems so far.

Although Ark has crashed a couple of times but I just assumed because it's an alpha/beta product.

Same here and all fine in win7 but win10 doesnt like it even if a remove the overclock in the software, something to do with the OSD I've read somewhere, needed to remove the overclocking software Playing Unity at the time.

Playing Shadow of Mordor atm and having too much fun to try try again. Game runs fantastic on GPU monitor setup

Maybe something to do with DX12? It is Nvidia though, don't you expect driver related issues anyway? :p
