a) its a demo, so you aren't paying for it
b) valve time
c) i can easily see a show-stopping bug affecting all the maps, so needing to re-downloaded (codwaw mp spawn point bug springs to mind)

Only people who have prepaid get to play the demo before anyone else, and now they are shortening that time with every delay.
